I am no cheezburger

Went to SYF Presentation Night yesterday with the Band Fusion guys. Cost me only $3! ($2 subsidy) Have to admit something. When I reached home, my temperature was like 38.1°, but really wanted to catch the concert, ever since not getting in during the JC bands adjudication.

Saw Mr Sukit in SCH. Saw alot familiar faces around, local heroes of the band scene (presumably) So I was on Row F seat 24. Wasn't on the high rise seats up above (a definite no-no for people who have acrophobia)

Overall, the concert was good. But have to say, that the combined band for Sunrise was too big. Intonation problems all over, and the b.cl/b. trb intro was ... too loud. But the sax soli was good. Safari was good, but couldn't hear the toms.

More on today..didn't attend school today (3E2 people should know why) Then Tianze and some SWO people wanted to go to my school and promote Konzert (this Saturday, get tix NOW!) So they arrived early today. Came in a big group but the girls couldn't get in the school. I seriously didn't know that girls weren't allowed, so apologies! So yep, and another problem is that the band didn't have a working speaker because Tianze wanted to play clips from the songs they're playing. Apologies again. So they advertised and it did work. More response than last week. Can't say who buying from me because later the twins would swoop in a sell them at $6 (seriously unethical, pay them to watch us)

So went back home fast. Went to the clinic and got a 2 day MC. Dunno if I should skip tomorrow. It's a 3.30pm day tomorrow. Then Friday is YRHD already. Gotta get the fondue done tomorrow night and I have not gone shopping!
