choices

i've been thinking about this thoroughly, and still have not come up with an answer.
it's not really a personal matter just that ... i've been thinking of getting my own mouthpiece lar XD

i have 2 years + left in MSSMB, and i will be in JC/Poly/(and now i've been thinking about NAFA) and the question is, should i take up the other saxophone choices or maybe even a new instrument?
if i stay with baritone saxophone all the way, i suppose i'll save up on cash for a Selmer Paris S90 (like my current one, which is MSSMB's property). and i guess it costs hundred of dollars? probably. another thing about getting my own mouthpiece, because PROBABLY this S90 i'm holding on will be passed down to a junior, so i can use a personal mouthpiece for SSW [yep, i'm planning to stay that long (: ]

maybe when i REALLY save up on cash, i'll get a personal alto sax. so after O levels i have something to practise on (5-6 months right?) and i don't think i'll even bother to use MSSMB's alto saxes (if the new Yamaha saxophones can last well in a 2 year period)
probably a decent Yamaha or maybe even a Selmer Paris XD (possible, i have around 2 + years :D) and maybe i can be good enough (tone and mentality of playing running notes haha) to move on to the alto department of band in JC/Poly.

it's 2.19am, i post on random things around this hour (like my previous post)
i really meant to post about my CM5 adventures, but i'll slack around till 3 and yea, there's band tomorrow (not sure if we'll playing instruments or work out the logistic stuff or whatever) but i can get out of the family business thingy ;)

ok, i'm out.
