the negatives.

i have a new MASC class. the teacher's name is Louise Gilbert (and Lou, for short).
i changed my usual 4.15pm - 6.15pm class on Saturday with Mr. Tim Carney to a Friday 7pm - 9pm to make way for SSW practice. sure it (SSW) ends at 3.30pm but it takes time from Sembawang to Somerset.

SSW practice starts tomorrow, and my reeds are not in a good condition. i was used to using a 3 1/2 Vandoren reed but afte M9, i switched to a size 3 reed because the reed lair (lmao) ran out of 3 1/2 baritone sax reeds. so have to meet Songlin at Yishun MRT around 9.15am.

and Songlin pointed out to me that i have a solo for La Passio De Crist Movement 3. it's really a big solo. it sounds high, nearly like a tenor sax. highest for that solo is high F#.
crap lar.

and i've been listening to the mrbrown podcasts. used to think 'what was the big deal about this guy' and now i know.
